Welcome to the Cash Acme Mixing Valve Sizing Calculator.
The
Cash Acme Mixing Valve Selector is designed to assist in the selection
of master mixing valves as used in a variety of water applications. It
is intended to be used as a guide only, as a time-saving aid in the
mechanical engineer's design process.
The sizing techniques and flow values used
in this program are based on ASPE data and the performance characteristics of Cash Acme Thermostatic Mixing Valves of a flow at
45psi.
It is to be used to size a mixing valve using hot and cold
water only and not in applications
where steam may be used. This
program is intended to be used to size Cash Acme valves only. It should
not to be used as a cross-reference guide or to size other
manufacturer's valves. We hope this tool is helpful in your efforts to
design more effective plumbing systems for your customers.
